SHIPPING + RETURN POLICYS
We ship Monday-Friday and all orders take 2 business days (Monday-Friday) to print, pack & ship. We DO NOT ship on weekends.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error ( you received an incorrect or defective item, etc. ). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper ( 5 to 10 business days ), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days ), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request ( 5 to 10 business days ). If you need to return an item, simply email email@example.com, please reference your order number and the reason for the return. If the product was received damaged or if you received the wrong mouth guard you must provide an image to receive a refund. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
